Hatchimals Toy

Care, nurture, and play with your Hatchimal’s egg. Tap the egg and your Hatchimal will tap back. Listen to hear its heartbeat, turn the egg upside down, and watch the eyes light up from inside the egg. It’s a mystery who’s inside — it’s a surprise!

My two girls after over 5 month wait finally was able to get their Hatchimals and they were not disappointed. I was impressed at the multi-functions these little animated toys were capable of. They speak, move, and light up. These little critters are still holding their attention much longer than their Furbys. They got them on Easter and still play with them often and it is almost June and they are still running on the batteries that came with them. I am impressed.

Hatchimals live inside of eggs. Who’s inside? It’s a surprise! Hold them to hear their heartbeats, flip them for fun, tap and they’ll tap back! Hatchimals can’t hatch without you!
When you see rainbow eyes from inside the egg, your Hatchimal is ready to Hatch. They need your help – encourage it with your touch as it really pecks out of its egg
Out of egg, it’s time to raise your Hatchimal through 3 stages. Teach your cute Hatchimal to walk, talk, dance, play games and more
Hatchimals are for ages 5+ and requires 2 AA batteries
This package contains 1 Hatchimal, 1 Instruction Booklet, 1 Reference Guide and 2 AA LR6 Batteries

Little Live Pets Snuggles My Dream Puppy

This is a really cute little dog toy. It has very soft fur which is actually quite realistic.

The dog makes happy sounds when she is pet or is fed a bottle. She even burps when she is done drinking the bottle. The toy even occasionally barks at her at night when she is in bed.

I was torn between four or five stars on this one, but my 4-1/2 year old little girl is watching me write this review and is just going on and on about how much she loves her dog, and at the end of the day, it’s her opinion that counts, doesn’t it?

Shopkins Chef Club Hot Spot Kitchen Playset

Customer Reviews
4.7 out of 5 stars

I bought this as a birthday gift for my niece (5 years old) and she told everyone it was her favorite gift she received!

What made me decide on this set versus the others available was that there are lots of ‘storage’ areas to keep the Shopkins – microwave, oven, cabinets and drawers. Paired up the other sets she owns, she loves finding the perfect spots to keep them – the cake went in the oven, the dish soap went by the sink, fruits on the counter, etc.

Her older sets were in storage, but this kitchen playset got her excited to play with them all again! How many toys can do that! Just seeing her excitement made this definitely one of the best purchases I’ve had in a long time!

The kitchen play set comes with 2 Exclusive Shopkins and 2 recipe books
This Chef Club playset connects with other Chef Club Plays sets to create the Chef Club Kitchen!

LEGO Friends 41130 Amusement Park Roller Coaster Building Kit

(1124 Pieces)

This LEGO set is awesome! We bought this for our soon to be 7 year old daughter. She loves the LEGO Friends show and we were so excited to by this set along with a few of the other sets that go with the Amusement Park Theme!

In regards to the build, this set takes a good amount of time to build! I built some of it for her while watching TV at night and she built some herself. In all, we both spent a total of about 3 hours or so building this set and we’re used to building LOTS of LEGO’s. So the master builders out there should be able to build it in a few hours, and newbies will probably need to expect about 4-5 hours of build time.

We personally enjoy the build and see that as part of the joy and challenge of purchasing new LEGO sets!

Some of the other LEGO sets we’ve built are fun to build, but once they are built they really are only enjoyable if you have the rest of the theme, whatever it may be. But, this set is pretty much the cornerstone of the new 2016 Friends theme that was just released and even if it wasn’t it would be awesome all on it’s own!

Push the LEGO Friends Amusement Park Roller Coaster around the track, sit a mini-doll in the front carriage to activate the light brick, and activate the cool functions as you go! Turn the Ferris wheel with its swinging gondolas, then push the car to the top of the drop tower and release to watch it go spinning round. This set is full of detailed functions and accessories for a day at the iconic Amusement Park. Includes 4 mini-doll figures.

The push-along roller coaster features 4 carriages (each sitting a mini-doll), functioning light brick, entrance area with opening safety barrier, control panel with levers, camera and a long track with various obstacles along the ride
Accessory elements include 2 tickets, coin, bill, 2 photographs, a map, boxes of popcorn, watermelon slices, apple, hot dog with bun, water bottle, soda bottle, sunglasses and a hair bow
Includes 4 mini-dolls: Emma, Andrea, Matthew and Naya in summer outfits
Roller coaster track measures 27″ (71cm) long, coaster train with 4 carriages measures over 1″ (3cm) high, 6″ (17cm) long and 1″ (3cm) wide
The rotating Ferris wheel measures over 12″ (31cm) high, 11″ (29cm) wide and 4″ (12cm) deep, the drop tower measures over 12″ (33cm) high, 4″ (12cm) wide and 2″ (6cm) deep

LEGO STAR WARS Rebel U-Wing Fighter 75155

I mostly loved this build – it relatively complex, lots of pieces, cool functionality, and some good (if slightly off-theme) minifigures. The finished product is really big, too, and stores well since it had a slim, long, flat footprint when the wings are folded in. I personally like the U Wing design, though I acknowledge that it’s not everyone’s favorite thanks to the fat troop/cargo bay on the bottom. Outward design aside, I think this bottom half of the craft is where some of the weaknesses lie. For instance the cargo bay interior is too cramped and rather plain – once you attach the doors (which are very cool) it will be VERY hard to manipulate any minifigs inside. But its more for show, so it’s cool. On the back of the craft there is a door that drops down into a ramp that leads to nothing, which is is a missed opportunity. Imagine if the back ramp could load into the main compartment.

On the positives, though, the folding wings are very cool and do the best that lego bricks can possibly do to replicate the look and feel from Rogue One. The whole set uses very few rare or strange pieces, too, which I like. The interior structure uses a lot of technic, the rest of it lots of layers of single thickness plates. There are a few stickers, which I never like, but fewer than on many other sets form the current era.

Features 4 big engines
An opening minifigure cockpit with transparent lower observation window
Opening side doors with pull-out stud shooters
Front spring-loaded shooters
Rear storage hold and huge sweep-back wings;Includes 5 minifigures: a U-wing Pilot
